A NIS társaság és a műszaki iskola együttműködése - a kettős oktatás kiváló példája

Today at Technical school  a special classroom was opened intended for practical teaching in oil and gas production . This project has been implemented as a result of the cooperation of NIS Company and Technical school aiming to  upgrade and modernise the teaching  of the second and the third forms for the profession of operator in oil and gas prodcution.

 

 

The classroom is equipped  with special equipment  for oil and gas production and drilling, which enables students to use  their knowledge in  practice  and improve their practical skills. 

The  opening was attended by Andrej Šibanov, Deputy Director of NIS Company, Snežana Lakićević , Manager  for the cooperation with universities, Gabrijela Grujić, advisor in the ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, the Mayor of Zrenjanin City Čedomir Janjić, Mayor Deputy  Saša Santovac and others.

 

 

Andrej Šibanov said that reconstruction of the classroom was a part of social responsibility programme named “Energy of Knowledge”, through which the Company invest in  education of  young generation by cooperation with various educational institutions.

- We signed a  Memorandum of Cooperation  with Technical school in  September 2013, and since then we have completed  a large number of joint activities including a new programme for oil and gas production, which was started in school year  2014/ 15, after  20-year break, teachers are experienced engineers and lectures - said Šibanov.

 

 

The Advisor Grabrijela Grujić said that the opening of a special classroom for oil and gas production  was an excellent model of dual education. 

- The Ministry of Education, I and my team in charge of a new education model are not at the beginning, this is a brilliant model which gives fantastic results – said she stating that the aim of the Ministry is to develop a network between education system and   companies enabling  meeting of  companies’ needs and   provide  practical  skills  for students so that they can start  working efficiently after finishing  school. 

 

 

The Mayor Čedomir Janjić expressed his satisfaction that  this cooperation and example of dual education  proved to be successful. 

- We in Zrenajnin  have been doing exactly what the Prime Minister mentioned in his speech, i.e. to connect economy and education, our secondary schools and faculties , and this is the  best example  how this cooperation  can be implemented – said the Mayor, expressing particular thanks to NIS , to the managements which supports dual education upgrading it.

 

 

On behalf of students Sara Bašić said a few words and the principal  Milinko Babić emphasied that the tradition of educating students for  oil and gas production had been revived three years ago when the cooperation with NIS  was established.
